What am I?
I am a pair of Shirt, Dupatta and Trouser Hand-woven by the master and rare artisans of Pakistan.
How I was woven?
I was Hand-woven by the technique of Phikwa Jacquard a rare technique which is near to its extinction in Pakistan.
How much time did it take?
It took my weaver 8 hours to weave only the Shirt Fabric.
What's Unique about me?
My Pret is created using Monochrome theme, expressing the unique variations created beautifully by the hands of our master artisans

My Unstitch 3Pc has the following Yardage
Shirt - 3.5 Yards
Trouser - 2.5 Yards
Dupatta - 2.75 Yards
About my colors.
Do not Worry! I will not loose my colors, I am yarn-dyed by OEKO-TEX® certified dyes, which makes me more comfortable and irritation free, which means that I'll never harm your skin.
My Weaver.
I was woven by Voile's master artisan "Ghani Ud Din"
Ghani Ud Din (Aged 59) started working as a hand-weaver at the age of 11 in 1974, along with his father he ran his family business to support his 6 siblings, but he suffered the same fate as other artisans, due to the art of hand-weave being diminishing he had to shut down his business, Ghani Ud Din considers this art being one of the unique arts is declining, and if this extinct, nobody will be able to bring this art back alive.
Saving the Art
Voile and its master artisans are vigorously working to put life into the art of hand-weave, we hope that by promoting this art to our valuable customers the next generation of our artisans might carry on the tradition of hand-weave. Voile is committed to facilitating this art by supporting our local artisans and their families in exploring rare techniques and providing an irreplaceable space in the fast fashion industry.
