I was woven using traditional hand-weaving techniques, ensuring each piece is unique and crafted with care.

It took my skilled handweaver 7 hours to create me, due to the intricate and delicate knot designs. Each thread was carefully woven by hand.

My unique Dobby design is a testament to the dedication and artistry of our weavers. Each motif is crafted by hand, reflecting the care and precision that goes into every piece.

I am made from pure Cotton fabric, handwoven to provide a soft, natural feel that is close to nature and gentle on the skin.

I was woven by Voile's master artisan "Ghani Ud Din"

Ghani Ud Din  (Aged 59) started working as a hand-weaver at the age of 11 in 1974, along with his father he ran his family business to support his 6 siblings, but he suffered the same fate as other artisans, due to the art of hand-weave being diminishing he had to shut down his business, Ghani Ud Din considers this art being one of the unique arts is declining, and if this extinct, nobody will be able to bring this art back alive.

Voile and its master artisans are vigorously working to breathe life into the art of hand-weave, we hope that by promoting this art to our valuable customers the next generation of our artisans might carry on the tradition of hand-weave.
