1. How do I place an order on Voile?

You can place an order directly through www.voile.com.pk by selecting your desired items, adding them to cart, and completing checkout using your preferred payment method.

2. What payment methods does Voile accept?

Voile accepts:

  • Online payments (via secure payment gateways)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan

All online payments are subject to fraud and security verification.

3. Do Cash on Delivery orders require verification?

Yes. COD orders may require telephonic verification before dispatch.
However, Voile reserves the right to process COD orders without verification for verified customers or during high-volume periods such as sales or launches.

4. Does Voile offer free shipping?

Yes. Voile provides Free Express Shipping across Pakistan.

5. How long does delivery take within Pakistan?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5–6 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas and during sales or promotions.

6. How long does Voile take to process orders?

Orders are processed within up to 2 working days after payment authorization.
Orders placed on weekends or gazetted holidays are processed on the next working day.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Voile ships internationally via DHL.

8. How long does international delivery take?

International deliveries typically take 4–5 business days, excluding weekends and customs clearance time.

9. Who pays customs duties on international orders?

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import regulations applicable in their country. Voile is not responsible for customs-related delays or charges.
