1. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)
Free Express Shipping
Voile offers Free Express Shipping across Pakistan on all domestic orders.
- Orders are typically delivered within 5–6 business days after dispatch
- Delivery timelines are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays
- Delivery to remote or underserved areas may take longer
Important: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within up to 2 working days after payment authorization
- Orders placed from Monday to Friday are processed on working days
- Orders placed on weekends or gazetted holidays are processed on the next working day
During high-volume periods such as sales, seasonal launches, or promotions, order processing may take slightly longer.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- All Cash on Delivery orders may require telephonic verification before dispatch
- Voile Pakistan reserves the right to:
- Process COD orders without verification for verified customers
- Modify verification procedures during high-volume sales periods
Payment for COD orders will be collected at the shipping address at the time of delivery.

Once your order is confirmed and shipped:
- You will receive an email containing your order number and tracking details
- You can track your shipment using the Order Tracking section on our website
- Please check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox
Tracking details become active once the order is handed over to the courier service.

- Online payments undergo a fraud and security check via our payment processor
- Orders are dispatched only after successful verification
- Incorrect or incomplete information may cause temporary delays
Voile is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer details.

a) Shipping Carrier
- All international orders are shipped via DHL, our trusted global courier partner
b) Tracking Information
- A DHL tracking number will be shared via email once your order is dispatched
- You can monitor shipment progress in real time using the tracking link
c) Estimated Delivery Time
- International orders are typically delivered within 4–5 business days
- Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days
Delivery timelines may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and local regulations.
d) Shipping Charges
- International shipping charges are calculated by DHL based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
